The ProjectPlus Suite extends the project functionality of MS Business Central with essential features and integrates seamlessly with your Business Central installation. ProjectPlus works integrated with the extensions TIMEFLIX (time tracking) and Advanced Invoice (cumulative part billing). 

The following additional functionalities are included in ProjectPlus:

• Project participants - Add third parties and contacts to your project and assign them defined project roles. Assign additional internal users to the Business Central System user. Print the project stakeholder list as a report.
• Subcontractor Verifications - Define the necessary subcontractor certificates and store them with him. The certificates are monitored with regard to their validity (expiration date) and the overall status is displayed. 
• Reporting periods - Define reporting periods (RC) to record and evaluate project-specific parameters in and per reporting period. Integrate your data from a third-party system and make it available in Business Central.

• Nachunternehmer Nachweise - Definieren Sie die notwendigen Nachunternehmernachweise und hinterlegen Sie diese bei Ihm. Die Nachweise werden hinsichtlich ihrer Gültigkeit (Ablaufdatum) überwacht und der Gesamtstatus angezeigt.
• Berichtszeiträume - Definieren Sie Berichtszeiträume (BZ) um Projektspezifische Kennwerte im und per Berichtszeitraum zu erfassen und Auszuwerten. Integrieren Sie Ihre Daten eines Drittsystemes und machen Sie diese in Business Central Verfügbar.
